CAMILLE MORGAN
Board Secretary

Camille Morgan joined the Doxa board in 2025, although her time with Doxa began much earlier. She was Doxa’s first paid employee in 2002, handling administrative and communication details to facilitate housebuilding experiences for every Doxa group. She later led 5 multigenerational trips with her husband and 3 children, introducing many families to the joy, challenges, and growth which can be found when partnering with our friends in Tijuana. Today, she’s based in Seattle, Washington.

On the many Doxa trips with which she’s been involved, Camille enjoys watching both students and adults put aside everyday distractions to build community, make friends, try their hand at construction, communicate across language barriers, and experience a different cultural and socioeconomic context. She looks forward to continuing her long partnership and contribution to Doxa in her role as a board member.

CHUCK THOMPSON
Board Treasurer

Charles “Chuck” Thompson II joined the Doxa board in 2023 and currently lives in the Chicago suburbs. Chuck has spent 30+ years in leadership roles within the investment management industry, helping organizations grow and steward resources responsibly. He’s worked with teams across the U.S. and internationally, focusing on long-term strategy, leadership development, and building organizations that create lasting impact.

Chuck is passionate about service, mentorship, and creating opportunities for families and communities to flourish. He believes some of the most meaningful growth happens when people work side-by-side in service to others. Since 2014, one of Chuck’s greatest joys has been building homes in Tijuana with each of his four children. What began as construction projects became opportunities to teach perseverance, craftsmanship, teamwork, and faith while creating lasting memories together as a family. Chuck is grateful for the opportunity to serve with Doxa and support its mission of building homes, strengthening communities, and creating life-changing experiences for both volunteers and families in Tijuana.

BRAD HAUGE
Board Member

Brad Hauge spent 18 years doing high school youth ministry at First Presbyterian Church in Spokane, WA, all of which included 1-2 home building trips down to Tijuana with Doxa. He still has vivid memories of riding around in the back of a cargo van with some friends after presenting a family with keys to a new home on his first trip in 1995. More recently, Brad joined the Doxa board in 2023, bringing both pastoral and organizational skills to the team.

One of Brad’s favorite memories from those trips is rapping Cypress Hill on the roof of a Doxa house. In addition to his work at Doxa, Brad currently serves as the Director of Intergenerational Ministry and Mission at FPC in Spokane and is excited to continue the church’s partnership with Doxa in both new and familiar ways. Live music, time with his wife and two daughters, a great book, and suffering through each Seattle Mariners season are the preferred ways Brad spends his time.

TAMI HOLLAND
Board Member

Tami Holland has served with Doxa in Tijuana since 1993. As a newlywed who knew nothing about construction, she quickly formed friendships with the kids she met at Casa Hogar De Los Niños. While her construction knowledge has expanded greatly since then, it’s those relationships that have kept her coming back to Mexico every year since. She has brought all four of her children to Tijuana for house building, orphanage remodels, Christmas parties and quinceñeras.

Now, as a member of the board of Doxa, she is grateful for the incredible ways she has seen God in Tijuana, and is proud to serve alongside them.

Kathy Faller
Board Member

Kathy Faller, from Solana Beach, CA, joined the Doxa board in 2026 after gifting her organization, Casas de Luz, to Doxa. Kathy began Casas de Luz in 2005, building over 200 homes in Tijuana while providing education and community development for low-income families. Kathy brings deep experience and knowledge of Tijuana, along with a rich network of local families and countless volunteers to Doxa.

Before starting Casas de Luz, Kathy had a career in corporate financial planning for high tech companies and later moved into executive coaching and team building. Now, Kathy is helping to guide the Casas de Luz transition committee, ensuring a smooth integration with Doxa, and looks forward to continuing to serve in the future. Apart from work, Kathy once walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain, 500 miles in just 30 days.

Lindsay has served on the Doxa board since 2021 and is grateful for the opportunity to build deeper relationships with the wonderful Doxa staff. She particularly loves seeing all of the incredible ministry that is happening in both east and west Tijuana up close.
